1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by zp999 (the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the zp999 Platform. Your continued use of any part of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the zp999 Platform. zp999 performs age verification as part of the KYC process and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
- It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of zp999 is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction. zp999 makes no warranty or representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction.
- By registering, you represent and warrant that you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, and that you are not acting on behalf of or for the benefit of any person who would be ineligible under these Terms.
- Employees, directors, officers, and agents of zp999, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are prohibited from holding player accounts on the Platform.
Important: zp999 services are intended for adult entertainment purposes only. If you are under 18, you must not access this Platform. If we reasonably suspect that a user is under 18, we will suspend the account and conduct full KYC verification before any reinstatement.
3. Account Registration & KYC
To access the services offered by zp999, you must create a single account using accurate, current, and complete personal information. The following conditions apply to your account:
- One account per person: Each individual may register and maintain only one account on zp999. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms.
- Accurate information: You must provide your real name, valid Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and other information as requested. Any provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
- KYC verification: zp999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. You may be required to submit a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), a selfie holding your CNIC, proof of ownership of your registered payment method (JazzCash/Easypaisa screenshot), and any other documentation reasonably requested. Withdrawal of funds requires successful KYC completion.
- Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. zp999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to safeguard your password. You must notify zp999 immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
- Right to refuse or close: zp999 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant and to close any existing account at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or regulatory requirements.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the zp999 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:
- Accepted methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (TRC-20). zp999 may add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice.
- Minimum deposit: Rs 200 via JazzCash or Easypaisa; Rs 500 via bank transfer. Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 to any supported method.
- Processing times: JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant (within 60 seconds). Bank transfers take 10–30 minutes depending on the sending bank. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within 15–45 minutes of approval. Bank withdrawal processing times are subject to the receiving institution's clearing schedule.
- Deposit limits: zp999 applies transaction limits in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gaming policy. Users may set personal deposit limits in their account settings.
- Source of funds: By depositing, you confirm that the funds are legally yours and are not derived from any criminal activity. zp999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual transactions.
- Withdrawal conditions: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit or verified as belonging to the account holder. zp999 may require additional KYC documentation before processing withdrawals above Rs 25,000.
- USDT deposits: Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC-20) are converted to PKR at the prevailing market rate at the time the deposit is confirmed on-chain. zp999 does not accept liability for exchange rate fluctuations.
zp999 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees directly. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside zp999's control.
5. Betting Rules
- All bets placed on zp999 are subject to the specific betting rules displayed for each sport and market. By placing a bet, you accept those rules unconditionally.
- zp999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a pricing error has occurred (e.g., manifestly incorrect odds) or where the event outcome was already known at the time of the bet.
- In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the technical availability of real-time data feeds. zp999 accepts no liability for bets accepted during any data delay.
- Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and may vary by event, sport, and account tier. These are displayed in the bet placement interface at the time of placing a wager.
- Winnings are credited to the user's zp999 account balance upon official confirmation of the event result. Where official results are unavailable, zp999 may use sources it deems authoritative to settle markets.
- zp999 reserves the right to restrict betting access, reduce stake limits, or close accounts that demonstrate systematic or professional betting behaviour at its discretion.
6. Casino Rules
- All slot games on the zp999 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently audited for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published in each game's information panel.
- Live dealer casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and others) are conducted with real physical equipment — cards, roulette wheels — observable on live video stream. Live game outcomes are not RNG-based.
- Casino game results are final once the round is complete and recorded on the zp999 server. Technical malfunctions that prevent a round from completing will result in the return of the wager to the user's balance.
- Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment. zp999 reserves 72 hours to verify large jackpot wins before crediting them to a user's account.
7. Bonuses & Promotions
- All bonuses and promotions offered by zp999 are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible games, and minimum deposit thresholds.
- Bonuses are credited to a separate "bonus balance" and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be withdrawn as real funds.
- zp999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Users who have already claimed a promotion and met its stated terms will not be affected by retroactive changes.
- Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome offer, providing false information to claim a promotion, or using wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine gaming intent — results in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in account closure.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zp999 Platform. Any user found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, which may result in permanent termination and forfeiture of balances:
- Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity or details.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
- Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or market.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any point during the account lifecycle.
- Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches in any game or Platform feature for financial gain.
- Any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using zp999 as a vehicle to convert illicit funds.
- Accessing or attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
- Placing bets on events whose outcome is known at the time of placement (including through the use of insider information).
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the zp999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design — is the property of zp999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any zp999 content without express written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zp999 and its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if zp999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
zp999 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.
Gambling involves financial risk. You may lose some or all of the money you deposit on zp999. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. zp999 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by users of the Platform.
11. Privacy
zp999's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Amendments to These Terms
zp999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, zp999 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law. Disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory statutory rights you may have under applicable Pakistani law.
